I would rather spend the $$$ on brands like HTC/DOPOD, HP, Asus... They are the players in this market.... Not nokia... :D

What does your friend meant by "Isn't really that stable"? I think my HTC work better than my ex-nokia, ex-SE and ex-Motorola.... So i believe its just a matter of time of getting used to it...

Yep, it's proprietary.
I'm holding a clunky one myself :)

By the way n00bie, I haven't heard of Nokia releasing a Windows-enabled smartphone or maybe there's no such thing as that...cuz they already have their own Symbian operating system that they invented themselves.
It'll be a conflict of interest if they start using Windows.
