The exit control of NSmen are as follows:

Passport validity. Valid for 10 years

Exit Permit. Required for overseas trips of 6 months or more.

If u r already inside ICT ....... u are not allow to travel out of Singapore unless approve by ur CO of the Unit.

Don forget the SAF 100A stated the starting dates n ending dates of ur ICT.

i hear got ppl kanna charge coz go msia over weekend to pump petrol...:cry:

my ict last mth i like went in jb every few days.. only told my rsm.. nth happen so far

I went to JB for petrol and makan during my ICT off day last year. Bo tai ji. But pray nothing happen in JB.

Technically not allowed. But if you inform someone from your unit it should be ok. But if anything happen all kana.

Best dun go la at the most ICT only 3 weeks. Pump SG petrol lor hahaha.

Another point is if you are overseas for more than 24 hours after you ORD, technically you are to report to your unit. Or the SAF, there is a number 1800 something i have to go back check.

If not a letter of warning will be send to you. Another time should be a summon. I think started from last year, this issue has been tighten up. I went overseas last year and only then i receive the warning letter. 7 years ago i went overseas, there wasnt any issues.

So please do take note and check it out in the NS portal.
