The stretch of Paya Lebar Rd under construction, all covered with metal plates, very curvy and very slippery when wet.

Hougang Ave3, just after Eunos link towards Ang Mo Kio, that stretch from CDC to the mosque there, during evening peak hours bus lane is off limits, so lorrys SPEED like daytona on the 2nd and 3rd lane.

When they lane change they don't notice teeny tiny bikes beside them, so watch out. And the stones their wheels fling at you... :giddy:

And its not one or two, usually there are around 5 lorrys visible along the road, so you can imagine...

i think nowdays hor.. almost all "major" expressways damm congested esp CTE.. soon to come orchard will be like KL's bukit bintang soon .

what sometimes i dont understand is slow moving traffic during peak hours..if theres an accident ahead,its understandable.but its the the moronic drivers driving too slow.like for example juz now.from bt panjang to tamp.my speed was abt 80-90 max.i tot got accident ahead coz cars moving quite slowly but no accident all the way to tamp.knn why cant they drive a bit faster?? :nono:

I use to ponder about that too. I was thinking, maybe 'cos

1) that area is a common speedtrap area
2) those drivers already have demerit points and they're more careful. When you get caught, I think you'll drive as slow as them too :help:

- Serangoon Road (After Boon Keng MRT 5+pm)
- Lavender St towards kallang(6pm onwards to abt 8 or 9)
- Bendemeer Rd down to bencolen(5+ to 9pm)
- Holland Road. (After the flyover from Holland Village to Peirce Road. In the morning. Sun is directly facing you. Worse still. Flyover is dead ground. Can't see the vehicles that are merging from Farrer Road and also the traffic light that lights up to let the vehicles from Peirce Road out)

Clementi towards AYE is a nite mare during peak hours because of the mass exodus heading towards town. whole stretch of clementi road is traffic light happy....

TPE (From Punggol to Tampines Ave 10) morning peak hours towards changi.

All road dangerous in singapore every single one i think the safest road is Cemetery roads no one to disturb u :)

Unless night la den got a few "things" that will disturb u

- Paya Lebar Exit (PIE)
- Ang Mo Kio Exit (PIE to CTE)
- Steven Rd Exit (PIE) - overpass bridge under construction

BKE
- road linking BKE (towards PIE) and KJE. last metal expansion plate before the road joins KJE proper. caused my front wheel to slip twice in the wet.

ECP
- ECP from Ophir Road entrance all the way to Fort road exit (evening rush hour)
- ECP from Marine Parade all the way to Rochor rd exit (morning rush hour)

CTE
- CTE (towards City) Yio Chu Kang exit to go serangoon road
- Entire stretch of CTE towards town from AMK to Moulmein (Evening rush hour)
- CTE from AMK ave 5 to PIE (morning peak)
- CTE(SLE) Balestier to AMK ave 1

KJE
- KJE towards PIE (morning rush hour)

KPE
- Speed Camera at 70km/hr


Major Roads
North
- Hougang Ave3, just after Eunos link towards Ang Mo Kio - during evening peak hours bus lane is off limits
- bartley road in fr of maris stella high (7am-830,& 12noon onwards) - pple park car at the roadside to pick up their kids
- Buangkok Green towards AMK Ave5(730 am to 9am)

South
- Orchard rd ( esp the stretch from erp gantry till PS )
- Grange Rd (Peak hour. Napier Rd to Kim Seng / Patterson. Avoid left lane. Bus 75, taxis, dustbin trucks and other hazards are there)
- Upp Pickering St and Havelock Rd (Peak hour. A lot of left turn only and right turn only lanes. Stick to middle lane? Be sure you don't get stuck. A lot of drivers try to do quick lane changes. They are not necessarily taxis)

East
- Geylang area (area with lots of eating places & durians) on weekend nites. Packed and jammed!

and also crazy jaywalkers.

Nowdays, i would say its all the roads, be it minor or major .

what ts trying to say is some road compare to other the accidental rate might be higer . .
