normally a small stack ( definitely more than msia custom ), but u can request for more there....

Been trying to get whitecards at the customs recently, but always been shown a 'get the hell outta my sight' kinda attitude..
SIR building do not have the whitecards..
Will be going to the Malaysian Tourism Board to try soon..

with effect from last week, now no more white card is needed when enter malaysia by both custom. It is a trail they are going thru, and till further notice, no white card is needed. just give passport, them scan, stamp and go.

Today I went to No 80 Robinson Malaysia Tourism Board Counter to ask for White Card, the officer gave me 5 pcs and told me that's the max you can get each time.

Also if you want to avoid using white card and use the Malaysia electronic access card (forgot the correct name) to access the custom, you need to go online and download an application form, print out, fill in, then go to Malaysia to submit to their office. their office opening hour is 8am to 5pm, weekdays.

If he still don't give, tell him "I complain your boss, I bring tourist to Malaysia, Malaysian tourism board don't give me the white card to facilitate the tour" Show him what us Singaporean do best! COMPLAIN!!!! Haahaahaa!
Then tell the same counter officer the exact number, give a funny number like 37, if the officer give extra them eg:40, then it's your turn to "Kwai Lan" Tell him back off no need so many, save the environment! Next time you bring another group then take.

Eligibility
1. You must be a Singapore Citizen in possession of an international passport with minimum validity of two (2) years;
2. You must not be listed in the Immigration Suspect List;
3. You must demonstrate that you are a regular JB visitor (the best way is to ensure you have at least 4 round trip Malaysia custom stamp in your passport for the past month).

Application Process
1. Forget about applying through the Internet. Their online system sucks. Do it in person.
2. Bring along a passport size colour photo, your passport (of course), RM$30.00
3. Go to either of the following address (open 24 hours!!):

4. Request for a form and fill it up on the spot. A similar form (Malaysian Automated Clearance System application form) can be downloaded as a soft copy here http://www.limsimi.com/images/borangmacs.pdf

5. Submit the form to the immigration officer and pay the RM$30.00.

6. Viola! Within 15 minutes, you will get back your passport with a sticker and an electronic tag at the last page of your passport. This tag will be used by the Malaysia Customs to track your entry/exit. No more white cards!!

Practical Pointers
1. The MACS sticker on your passport is only good for Johor Bahru customs and cannot be used outside these 2 customs, for example at Kuala Lumpur International Airport or Senai Airport. This means that you will still have to fill up the white card if you fly to Malaysia.

2. It is very much advisable to apply for the MACS while you are still at the JB customs, BEFORE you have stamped your passport. The application both at both customs are located within the assembly area, near the elevator area.

3. If you are applying at Pejabat Imigresen Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, note that the office is just to the right hand side of the writing table where you fill up the white card.

4. If you are getting to the immigration office from City Square, you will first need to change your pass using either your NRIC or driving license before you can proceed to the immigration office.

5. Note that the MACS pass is valid for one year only, and needs to be renewed yearly.

No need beg for white card any more.
Entry and exit custom is very fast.
Sometime, i dont even need to stop, just flash my passport and they will wave me pass.
My passport dont get chop so save the pages.
That is one of the reason i apply for MACS,RM30 versus renew SG passport as pages running out.

Refer to the post by vvss above. As long as you meet the criteria, bring 1 passport size photo and RM30. Go to the JB immigration (Opposite City Square aka the place you take bus from JB to SG).

Before the place you get your passort stamp, there is a security counter on the right. Go there to exchange for a pass (using your NRIC) then go to the office to make the MACS. You can ask for direction to the office. The forms are available at the office. The place is open 24 hours. I went pass midnight, no Q at all, done in 10mins.

now no need guys...there is a counter at a few shopping places in jb with mobile macs counter...takes about less than 10 mins to do it...just bring rm30 and your passport!! that's it...

Went last nyte to jb to pump.. All counters display white card out of stock.. Saw few of our fellow riders stranded at the jb custom.... Very fishy la... Immigration document oso can out of stock.. Haiz

I went in a few times these past 2 weeks and they said white card out of stock and therefore just chop and go lor, i dont recall anyone being stranded without a white card tho?
