Braking is located north of Milan in the middle of Brianza, it covers a surface of 3000m2, has super-modern equipment and a specialized and very motivated staff.
BRAKING have a large range of pads dedicated for every kind of motorcycle. Braking pads are available in several compounds created for every type of use. The basic material they use is particularly high for a coefficeient of friction. Mixed to a soft, non-aggressive metal component that serves as a kind of lubricant so that the pads on the brake better glide. That is the secret of unbelievably good, with a soulful BRAKING braking system - the driver always retains full control.
BRAKING brake pads are compatible with discs such as forged from cast iron and stainless steel, of course, particularly suited for use with our brakes for optimum braking and control. A combination of BRAKING-coverings with BRAKING discs is the best choice for best braking at full modularity.

Wave Disc:
BRAKING have invented the WAVE disk (see the photo) and, in doing so, have revolutionized the concept of braking. Thanks to several studies regarding deformation of metallic material and heat dissipation, BRAKING have increased the limit of the performance of stainless steel discs. Today a lot of teams use the Wave disks for racing, the same disks that are sold by our dealers.
All the BRAKING discs are made from stainless steel with a high percentage of carbon that has a high friction coefficient. The round discs, front and rear, keep the same measurements of the OEM disks, with more performance.
Braking wave discs are available fixed or floating in accordance with the OEM or update to the OEM oversize.
The floating discs of the STX series have the carriers made of black oxidized aluminum. The wave disks are available for (the) most of the bikes sold from the nineties in street category, off-road and scooter.
STX: STX street uses the good high-carbon stainless steel, It is superior in the control characteristic like the cast iron. Inner uses the 7075-T6 Dura aluminum and has become floating type (fixing).
SK: The SK disk which was developed with Braking and domestic Sunstar Incorporated jointly as a wave disk of 07 models. It is called SK with use as a street and a one for race/lace. And use individually for Left and Right only.
S3: Wave semi-floating disc. Disc material and construction way: laser cut stainless steel AISI420, heat treated + finished on CNC machines.
BRAKING Wheels:
B-One project was born in the R&D Braking department, aiming at revolutionizing the fixing system of the disk onto the wheel, by improving the performances and at the same time reducing the number of components. Latest innovation Braking is the complete aluminum - Wheels - system called "B-ONE". Made by OZ, B-One are Aluminum Forged wheels.
Unifying forged elements with a special wheel, allows to avoid all non rigid connections, in order to give the system a superior rigidity level.
Also, getting the weight of the wheel’s axis closer, allows a lower gyroscopic effect, thus improving its handling, stability, and entering the curves on a motorcycle.
Braking wanted to give a new added value to the rotation masses, by creating a one-piece integrated group made of disk-hub & wheel, in order to decrease the inertias.

Braking has finally made a Front Wave Disc for Gilera VXR200/ST200 2006-09. BRAKING SM1 brake pads for the disc are also available.
