currently here. but vibrations seems bad here.
still trying out different places to mount.

yeah, the quality at night is really very good.. but my fren encountered quite a few problems on his black edition which i have yet to encounter on my silver edition

i'm not sure if the problems listed here applies to all edition or only the black edition.. these are just some of the problems that my fren told me abt and also what i've seen

1. constantly encountered "sd errors" when using 64GB class 10 micro sd card (i only using 32GB card so cant cfm if this problem applies to all edition)
2. i have seen his black edition hang while recording halfway (nvr encountered this problem b4 on my silver edition)
3. when turning on, his black edition will show a hazard sign with a bike logo b4 it will go into the video mode (nvr seen it b4 and also dunno what it means)

2. i have seen his black edition hang while recording halfway (nvr encountered this problem b4 on my silver edition) be sure to off the wifi app and wifi on phone before turning off on the cam...if not the app will keep request the status update from the cam which may cause the cam to hang...also if the cam is plugged in and charging while recording and riding, be sure to unplug the usb charging wire before turning the engine off...if not the cam will just keep detect its charging whic may cause it to hang also...
3. when turning on, his black edition will show a hazard sign with a bike logo b4 it will go into the video mode (nvr seen it b4 and also dunno what it means)it means the last file recorded is corrupted...might be caused by the sd card error...press any button and the cam will try to recover it...if you stop halfway the file might be lost...

i am using the black edition but never encountered these issues. my fren who is using the silver edition had some similar problems u listed here.

Aww man. I miss filming my rides. Recently encountered many dumb drivers. A woman driver e-braked at junction to make a left turn thankfully I anticipated such nonsense. A van driver was going as slow as 20km/h probably busy looking at his cellphone or something so I overtook him. And many other cars happily cut me off. The space in front of a rider is there as a safe braking distance in case the dumb driver in front suddenly decides to suddenly stop or do something funny. Not for drivers to just cut in to take the next exit or anything. I guess its just part of a normal day thing.

Just the battery. E battery pack costs more than $80. I rather have spare battery alone like this cause it take 5 seconds to change the battery n keeps the camera slim.

i am using the black edition but never encountered these issues. my fren who is using the silver edition had some similar problems u listed here.

i'm currently using the silver edition and have yet to encounter any problems, same goes to 2 other frens. maybe my fren using the black edition is unlucky to have bought a problematic set

Try buying the same handlebar grip as me lor. Got rubber pads to dampen the vibrations.

they ship from hong kong normal post...
sometimes will drag till 6 weeks...

hi guys, the rd32ii finally came from dx.

some questions:

how do u make sure the camera wont drop off if u choose to helmet mount it??

i cant find a good place for handle bar mount.. need the clamp to be propped up higher to look over the speedo console. any suggestions?

i'm more for a handlebar mount cos i'm afraid of it flying off the helmet. haha.

Get those handlebar mount that can elevate your camera lor. I'm using Sony's handlebar mount for my JVC Adixxion, only $30+
