I think it's more rational to look from both angles - is the driver's negligence or the child's negligence, or a more sad possibility - his parent's negligence?
Some questions came into my mind when I was reading. Was the driver speeding? Was the light green? Was the child doing when crossing the road? Why wasn't any adult with him at that time?
Rushing to blame someone based on his nationality is plain foolish.
Help me in my Battle Cats! Invite code = "ingf0"
Actually nationality can cause mentality distortion. To him/her, I knock down someone. That someone is not my country man. I rear ended other people car, that driver and family not my country man. I built house, I ferried people around, I cleared the food trays, I swept the floor, I cleared the rubbish dump. I do all these not for the benefit of my country man. At the end of the day, people still view me as outsider.
Do you think he/she will care and work as hard?
Because in PRC land, knocking people down is recommended, they have an over population problem huhuhu.
Got chance boy was too engrossed with his phone or Ipad or something, then smacked to death, bus so big, if you looked long enough you can see it. Ever since I took public again I notice people bury their head into their handhelds so if you get run over doing so, too bad for you, its your bloody fault and you paid with your life.
