    It does not matter on the absolute weight. It depends on how long you
    hold it.

    If u don't take out tank, you may not be able to tighten your spark plug properly and you risk stripping the thread on your block.

    Chee bye lah Weida!! Why dun U get the spark plugs from motortiam? Well Ah Boy one also can. Since Ah Boy only got sell motorbike accessories, so the spark plugs they sell are also for motorbikes. So U need not worry,all the spark plugs size are universal for all kind of bikes. Is just the brand U need to consider. Since urs is a ver.S,and dun realli need high performance...gettin a normal spark plug will do...(NGK,Denso..etc) But I doubt if they selling genuie one esp Honda plugs. Ayai...if realli want cheap cheap plugs...and U insist go Ah Boy buy...then U got to look for Mr Lim Ah Boy (shop just opp to the hawker). U can bargain from him compare to the other ppl workin' in Ah Boy!!
    Tell U this,if U are realli into the "Selection of Spark Plug" in a more technical aspect...then ask me for a book for "Spark Plug Design".

    Dun tink its the piston. THe reason that ur plug get wet maybe due to the fuel is to rich. Go do a servicing of carb if this is the pro.

    it might be improper tightening technic of fresh new plugs, did u have it tighten correctly with engine cool.?

    i have had this plm before. but after i follow steps according to manual, it all seems to be okay. i acheived 'bone-dry' plugs(threads also) without drak fouling when i replace them.

    what i did was;
    - before tightening it, make sure plug's sealing washer firmly-in position onto engine block.
    - good 1/4 tighten without reversing & that's it...!

    the reason for properly tightened plug's sealing washer could be to prevent combusion fumes from leaking & mositurises the tip & threads.

    hope above will helps.
