To those who dun understand, let me share my opinion on y things r like this.

For e post count, admin has come out to explain which i think makes sense. If u just post senseless things for e sake of clocking mileage (50 post) then it seems tat ur main purpose is just to sell things and not for e spirit of e forum which is discussion.

As for y need email scan ic to admin if < 50 post is becoz e admin there had been a lot of scams around both offline and online. Thus e ic would be a form of identification if ur intention is to scam. Of coz how useful is it i do not noe.

Admin, this is just my opinion only.

hahaha. Anyway SBF Moderators. Good job with introducing this new rule. I totally agree with it.
I mean for those who have 'established' themselves in this forum wouldn't have any issues with the new rule.
For those whom have not yet met the stated requirement, they can always prove their identity to the moderator for approval. so why the fuss?
