Default Insurance for old car (15+ years)

Hi, I'm looking at buying an old car as a short term ride, but I can't get any info on insurance quotes for this model. Especially since it's almost coming to the end of its 2nd COE.

Any suggestions on which insurers I should call who might give me a good quote? Or idea on what the premium might be like? I'm 31+ years old, nearly 13 years of driving experience, no demerit points etc.

First time I'm insuring a car - I've only owned 2 wheels until now.

    Any info much appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I got a quote from NTUC - $1185 for 5 months. 0% NCD cos I've never insured a car before (can't carry over bike NCD). So I'm dropping the plan altogether, the cost is working out too high. Thanks anyway

NTUC will take in all cars but sometimes they are more expensive than others.

I checked with a few places, NTUC was the only one willing to insure such an old car. Anyway, I figured it's not worth the expense so I let it go.

aviva and some other insurer like axa has extra loading for vehicles of more than 10yrs. ntuc is usually the cheapest option for older vehicles
