    Hi orangefreak,
9m would be sufficient for this model.
Most people uses water hose clapms which it about 50cts each can be bought from hardware shop.

    some use stainless steel ties.

    cheers!

    Hi harun1991,
the heat wrap thing is legal if used properly.
But if you use it as a wrap as a helmet, riding without a helmet, it'll be illegal :-)

just a crap joke. No issue with the heat warp.
99.99% of riders with wrap exhaust rode in with legal exhaust for bike inspection come out with a pass cert :-)
    cheers!

    Hi iamrobot,
Sorry, we do not bring in 'tan' color or other color such as blue or red.
they are less in demand. So we only have ready stock for black.

    Hi HelmetBOX,
Yes, it will have sign of some stain upon removing the wrap for a long time due to wet weather.

Same concept as moving away a washing from the home kitchen floor and stain may may occur if the kitchen floor is wet most of the time.

    Cheers!

    Hi,
From the first picture, the beginning part from the header looks good.

Unfortunately, things doesn't seems right towards the bend :-)

Not too sure if it's done by you or your mech. But it's truely unforgiven for such a workmanship.

As for the color, after some ride, the color will be even.

    Cheers

It's abit tricky coz I wrap the Header all by Myself..

The uneven part is cause by uneven-overlapping done, cos theres a "obstruction" at the Metal-joint that hold the 2-by-2 pipes (parallel to the ground)

I did use some leftover HeatWrap from my prev balance to wrap the Endcan area.

The light tone towards the Endcan is caused by the heat wrap got "cooked/warm-up" when Im just done with the wrap.

My practice is to soak the HeatWrap in water before hand, so as to make it easier to coil around the header.

Method of wrapping depends on individual, some people prefer to Soak it, so people don't .
    Both method is okay.

Hope you understand my explanation bro..

    Pardon my bad workmanship .

    Can view on my bike.

    No obligation.

How do it works? I mean how fiberglass can "decrease your engine bay temperature, improve cooling and add horsepower"? Could you describe?

    Min 15metre, Max 18metre

Depends on how much u overlap, especially on the bend area..

    So length wise varies..
