The car on the right lost control then whacked into the barricade where the rider was at. Could've happened to anyone. Its like saying don't stand at the traffic junction to wait for the green man. It was his time to go....

I can't tell if I'm more disturbed by the accident or the fact that there are children in the road.
If you see clearly @ 0:30s, the car was merging into the middle lane. I believe the car didn't saw it coming to his lane hence, panic and.. RIP

Stupid Car anyhow change lane!
At slow speed, coming onto expressway, no signal, go into other people's lane, cause driver in his lane going at expressway speeds to panic, swerve to evade him and skid in the rain. Well done.
Yes, could have happened to anyone, but the fault is on the guy who cut in without signalling and best part is he drove off.
TP should catch and charge the guy who caused the accident by not signalling and changing lane without due care, and not the guy who hit the rider.

Both party is at fault. But i feel that TP should catch the black car who did not signal and cut in suddenly. i see alot of this kind of drivers everyday....sigh
That explain i won't keep left instead to the right when there's a merging lane nearby. Some vehicle jus like to dash out like nobody business. Dash out nvm, can dash from lane 3 to lane 1. Power -.-
