Most of the thefts would be conducted by a syndicate based in Msia where they steal and sell it at a premium in KL for big bikes.
Batam probably for small bikes. Govt don't really crack down on them because they are not drugs, well if you're gonna smuggle drugs in bike parts, you can retire early.

Tbh, some of the m'sian plated Super 4s are all from Singapore.

My first bike, after I bought for 1 day, SP was properly one of them. THis merciless fag.
that why i ride an old looking sp, my fairing all super ugly one. no one will even think of stealing parts... hahah... but i hope the group gets busted. Get interpol come catch them, then after that they can make the whole process into a film. sound like a nice movie plot...
look for threads in jb vehicle columns..there are some s4 for sale..when there is no s4 bikes imported to msia at all.. suspicious
