I want to ride my bicycle I want to ride my bike..I want to ride my bicycle I want to ride it where I like..
no more money. trying to sap some more by introducing ALL kind of ways . I wont be surprised one day you need to have a certificate of entitlement to buy a COE also. probably they will will name it COEb1 or whatever. and worse, bicycle especailly electric bicycle will get some kind of coe imposed. hahahhahahhah

licence 3c(a) only require to pass theory, no road experience require.
more accidents/crashes awaits in the future.
Waiting for Class 2D, only for auto bikes and scoots...
