    Default Motorcyclist sent flying

watch the video @ 45sec n its over in 1 sec.
first rider is safe across, then second rider was sent flying off.
i wonder whether the judge over this case will show some examples to others when presiding this case.
    unsafe to ride nowadays.

I've seen so many videos where motorcyclists are hit by speeding vehicles jumping the red signal. Word of advice: pls do not be the first the start as soon as the signal hits green. Wait for sometime, look for any incoming vehicles and then proceed. Drive carefully. Be safe.

Agree with you, always be on the lookout when moving off. Always look & make sure traffic from all opposite direction slow down. Only chiong if its really clear.

no one can be prepare for this.
no matter how careful we, other inconsiderate road users are the causes.

recalled one accident, as i was riding slow, a taxi just charge ahead of me n jammed brake in front.
to avoid slamming into it, do an e-brake n dropped onto the tarmac.
if i were to hit the taxi in the rear, under the law, i'm in the wrong.
liable to be charge under the penalty of traffic regulations, even though its the taxi driver's fault.

The rider that was hit is not the one that chiong traffic light when it turns green immediately. In fact, he's the second bike that waited a bit but still got hit. The first bike that chiong, however, was safe.

Lesson learnt: You can't guard from someone doing stupid things.

Rule of nature: no matter what you are doing - sitting/standing/walking/riding/driving etc.. If it has to happen, it'll happen. Sad but true.

the taxi have all his right to ebrake at something ahead of his vision.
taxi is not wrong. go google the reason on the verdict of head-rear accident.

but if he do it on purpose, of course only then hes wrong.
