Hello all, just to share my C2B journey at CDC over here.

LESSON 1
Reported to the training shed, took my number bib, put on all the gears and sat down to wait for my session. Did pre-class workout and reported to the instructor that is taking L1, they'll ask who's repeat and first timer every single lesson, I was a first timer so he brought us to the bikes without mirror and explained the clutch and brakes and basic stuffs of a motorcycle. Did stopping and moving off countless times and headed to the mini circuit for the gear 3 stopping at the cones when he call your number. Raining very heavily this session, didn't make it to main circuit so no chops given, book L1 again
Second L1 did a fast mini circuit and went out to the main circuit for the high speed slowing down thing and due to the weather (again) I didn't make it this time round but I got 2 chops
Third L1 did everything over again and managed to clear it this time round hahaha happy like dog.
TIPS: If you know how to ride a bike, let the instructor know, don't waste your time doing all the basic moving off/stopping.
LESSON 2
This lesson is all about lane-changing, forming up at junctions, blind spot checks, stopping at stop lines, signalling and stuffs.
Instructor briefed us on what is blind spot and how to adjust the mirror and when and where to check blind spots and all the safety checks. Weather was damn bloody hot I was burning at the junction waiting for traffic to clear so i can turn right, unforgettable hahaha
Cleared L2 and proceeded to book L3
TIPS: Remember to signal, check all the safety and remember to cancel signal too!
LESSON 3
This lesson consist of Slope, Figure of 8 and crank course.
Usual stuffs, instructor briefed us and there's route to follow. We did slope for a few times first and moved on to Fig. 8 and Crank course.
Fig. 8 timing not more than 11 secs and Crank course timing not more than 6 seconds IIRC. Cleared L3 and booked L4
TIPS: When coming down from slope, please stop at the STOP line and DO NOT inch out as your vision isn't blocked by any wall.
LESSON 4
This lesson consist of Plank, Slalom and Emergency braking.
As usual, briefed and did e-brake first, very complicated must check right then put right leg down then pump clutch to kick to gear 1 and check left to put left leg down and then check right signal and move off. Sub-consciously keep kicking from Gear 3 to 1 when going to stop but managed to correct that habit (kena tekan until cannot hahaha). Moved on to plank and slalom, nothing much to say about this just don't think about falling from plank lor, slalom is much more easier than I expected, even easier than Fig. 8 but remember to turn in wider so your crash bar won't knock down the cones. (Fall down from plank or knock down cones = Immediate failure)
Tips: Remember to look at the middle of the plank once you wheel touches it and slowly look straight up to the slalom area. If you feel yourself dropping off the plank release more clutch and open throttle slightly. Demerits are better than IFs in my opinion.
Will try to update every lesson's detail because usually after that lesson I won't remember all the details, only some and I will update when I have the time![]()
