    BUT

its my first pair of gloves... so i donno if other gloves are like this too...

i guess its just cause IT AIN'T MY BARE HANDS anymore... lol...

the leather is really very soft... as in flexible... soft... nice to touch kinda soft...
Leather gloves takes time to season up, once it is season, it will be very nice to wear. When the times comes, your hands will feel "naked" without gloves
It doesn't make any difference whether a motorcyclist has the right-of-way or not, the rider is the one most likely to get hurt.

i buay tahan the feeling today... haha...

took it off at a traffic light... hahaha...

i jut prefer the feeling of my skin on the throttle...

but then... i hope to never feel the feeling of skin on the asphalt...

maybe i'll wear sometime lah... hahahaha till its season then i wear all the time...

that means it'll take a long time to season up... hahahaha
    From then to now...

the finger tip area fizz out after i used it for couple of weeks

    BUT

its very comfy, short one, belco type, leather on plam & thumb area.
elastic fabric at the rest area, hence the hell fizz over at finger tips area.

Any recommendations for water resistant kind?

Brand not impt, must be able to withstand local passing showers (not heavy storms). Non full length type.

p.s: I saw the frux yahoo auctions the half gloves kind he stated "non water proof"

Wanna to buy held but not avaliable in Singapoe ... Held Steve Gloves look nice .. order from webby cost 200 over ...

Wearing taichi leather gloves .. to me is lousy, when wet, the inner leather color goes off ... YUCKS ... colored ur palm black black. Brought at Motoworld and cost me 80 bucks. But then again, for dry weather use, it is good, well protected my hand (skidded before) Anyway .. it lasted me for 4 years liao ...

I got this pair of gloves from Chiap Lee, it a Clover SRS gloves with carbon fibre knuckle protector costing $115 after discount from $150.
I like the feels of this gloves very much and it really "fits like a gloves" on my hands. I wear it every day, here is a picture if it :-

It's for daily use and also for touring, I have another pair of full leather gloves (Nankai) in my box just in case this pair gets wet in the rain.

It's retailed at $185 from Regina. The SP-S might be a better buy. Full leather as compared to the Air Carbon 2. The Air Carbon 2 has this motocross look, believe to be for motocross use. The lastest addition to the family is the Alloy gloves (For touring) fully leather and very comfortable. It comes with air vent too just like the Air Carbon 2. I think it is going for $ 145 @ Regina(before bargaining). Check the site out for more info Aplinestars

Just wondering - do you folks select the gloves based on snug fit or you think it is better to have a bit of room (i.e. extra material at the tips). Bought a pair from Regina recently and am wondering if it is too big for me. Feels quite roomy. Size M. Tried the S but found it not so easy to put on. OGK Kabuto, with knuckle protection. Is it true that gloves will get bigger with wear?

For me i tend to go for sizing that fits just nice or something slightly tight cos leather will stretch with use.....

Been using my trusty Held Ninja gloves for close to 2 yrs, today sadly the proforated leather near my palm gave way when i took out my gloves..... Now on the quest to get a new pair!

Go for those fully leather ones instead of textile.

    Hi guys.

Been thinking of getting a good pair of gloves. Saw the pictures of Alphinestars Alloy gloves.

Any idea which shop sells it and for roughly how much? Saw someone say ~ $145 from Regina?

    Appreciate your help : )

    Thanks man.

$145 is BEFORE bargain? I really suck at bargaining ... always give in.

Normally they will give discount. I think they will offer you somewhere between $130-$140. Try asking for $120
