Shame on me, I got no idea who is the in-charge~ IMO if this happens to me, I will just let it be~ don't wanna make it a bigger issue, wait the mech kenna screw by his manager~ hehe I did service my dyna (eg change EO, check battery, tire pressure, etc) at HD before while I still have the free service. It took them hours (about 4-5 hours?) to complete the job, well I am ok with it since I was already asked to leave my ride for a day at the service department.. so I put my ride there while I was chatting away with HD staff~ can't 100% blame them as I can see they had a handful of bikes

OIC~ so did you reflect this issue to the HD service manager~?

may be the time he offered includes the waiting time~ since he may have other bikes to deal with~?
