  16. Most motorshop can do, especially the malaysian mech, because ours is the honda c90 engine rebore. I did mine at Seng motor hung, bt merah lane 3. Costs me $200+, including replacing all wear & tear parts and oil filter & mineral oil change(change every 2,500km). Just maintain speed below 75kph and dont drag it, it should last very long. Ride like those newspaper delivery indians.
  17. If run out of petrol on a windy day, and can flip up the shade and cruise, thats cool!!! seems to be using water pipe tubes to join and wrap a canvas sheet over, must be home-made.

  20. no wonder the biz men beg mom for more foreign worker, and complain locals expensive, the more foreign worker they have, the more dirty tax-free money they earn. And mom bending backwards for biz men in return for their precious votes to help them keep their millions salary, both party gains from these Ft influx arrangement.
  21. read the S-pass scam practice by employers, just to get cheap labour even though quota max out, give tom, d1ck & harry s-pass $2.5k, and in turn, the s-pass holder give back 'cash' to the boss their true worth of wages. Imagine the boss applied 10 s-passes, each repay back 1k after pay day, thats $10k a month, $120k a year in tax-free cash back. MOM is screwed big time, imagine the number of biz they approve and the number of low quality s-passes you see hanging around, you can guess the huge amount of tax-free dirty money thats being siphoned off this s-pass system. Somebody in Mom hea
  22. and Hong Kong once contemplated gst too, but the People voted it out. And now they are still doing well.
  23. Just came across hardware zone argument on the true impact of GST on cost of living, i think alike with this forumer President Barrack Obama. http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/showthread.php?t=3134615 BTW, here's the link to Australia's GST system, they do have a GST free supplies which are daily necessities, including food, medical and education, so if a poor man lives in Australia, he can still survive, but in Sg, sure die until very ugly wan. http://www.gstaustralia.com.au/what-are-gst-free-supplies/
  24. Wah just discovered Subaru very hard to find mechanics competent to diagnose. No wonder all buy scan gauge for it. I give up the idea of owning a subaru liao, most probably will look for a Nissan or Hyundai instead, more economical and common, heh. But thanks for the advice bro.
