  1. If I may offer my non-Ducati perspective, it's probably water on the front cylinder's HT leads and spark plugs (kicked up by the front wheel), which causes mis-firing of the front cylinder.
  2. Generally speaking, Agent workshops do authorized maintenance work on the bike, which unfortunately for this particular case, does not include the respraying of the trellis frame. Most of these jobs (spraying of frame, airbrush, spray rims) need to be subcontracted out to independent operators. So, while I wouldn't say that their attitude is the best around town, different workshops and mechanics cater for different needs. Go to an agent workshop (or quasi agent workship like KC) for your 10k servicings, go to other workshops for aftermarket work. Anyway, there will always be prima do
