    My take is... It will go down this September 1st Bidding...2 reason.... The 6 months run from February COE available for big bike run out in August. The 2nd reason.. There was substantial "throw back /rejected COE bid unit at last 3 round and last but not least... The D cat no longer contribute to E open Cat.. So the total pool will start to climb....
