In the first place, if buyer continue paying installment. This problem wil not occur. The first to be at fault is the buyer. GET THE DAMN BUYER!!:angry:

ya... the one with the most fault is the buyer! but den again.. the shop shldn't do such a thing to their customer...

When times are bad, friend can b'com foe...!

 

Moral of the story, don't ever believing anyone, even though ur relative nor family members to COI for ur bike....

 

For the shop incidents, juz put urself as the bike shop position...!

 

5mths never pay, then tu-lan liow, if it happen to us also the same, someone owe money never pay for 2mth already search high and low for that person...!

 

Shops are Shops, doesn't matter how long u have been thier customer, they also earn a living, nobody buy, or ppl never pay installments, they also will CLOSED one day.

 

I ever heard my freind story lagi worst, never pay for 3mths, bike repo..!

Then go to bike shop, the bike shop say wait for lawyer letter, no negotiable..

 

Then after the lawyer letter come, he need to pay all the remaining installments, but then the bike belongs to the shop already....!

 

Die ah like that...!

 

To the rest of the bro's here juz piece of advise, don't ever let ppl COI ur bike..

 

And there is no point knowing which shop is that, to me all shop is about the same."U pay, U ride.Never Pay,U Die...!

 

To bro joe, let us pray for the best of the horrible situation to subside...:(

Thanks for your interest bro... i did cal up shop to say wil come and pay.... my fault as i delayed as was too busy... ask for acc no to transf but replied must come down to shop. I never ask for any pity and NEITHER did i argue abt the REPO and STUPID STORAGE FEE.... all i did was ask them how much they willing to take in bike and will pay the difference... SALESMan offered $5500 and so i haf to top up another $528 which i did without any arguement.

on top of that i paid another $950 for rxk...

If i had no cash... i would NOT:angry: have fork out the $1500 est to settle...

ALso i told the lady that my bike has always been at my carpark... i got nothing to hide... but SHE insist that i hide my bike so that the REPO man cant find it... IF YOU ARE READING THIS LADY.... check the police report you man made and see whr the bike was taken from...:angry:

All bike shop are damm CB. I also kana one in Ubi. Owing three shop in a row. never paid the last 2 mths installment kana repossessed. CB i pay everymth on time and the last 2mths want to play this type of thing. knn make me take leave and still are me to pay the towing and lodging fee for my bike.

 

they will lose one customer forwever

HI GUYS.... BIG JOE HERE... NEED SOME ADVISE

 

MY BIke HAD 5 MONTHS OUTSTANDING. (IDIOT BUYER NVR PAY COI!!!)

SHOP REPOSSESED BIKE ON A sUNDAY.... FOLLOWING

TUES I WENT TO SHOP AND SALES MAN QOUTED AN OUTSTANDING OF EST $5700

AFTER DISCUSSING... TOLD ME TO COME BACK ON SAT TO SETTLE TRADE IN AND TAKE OUT AN RXK.:cry:

CAME BACK ON SAT AT ABT 5PM... SAID TOO LATE... "FINANCE" GO BACK ALREADY.... BUT QUOTED A NEW AMT OF EST $6380

REPO FEE $270

STORAGE FEE $280

WTF!!! 2 DAYS BIKE IN SHOP COST $280....

ON FOLLOWING THURS PAID $528 FOR BIKE OUTSTANDING AS SALESMAN AGREED TO TAKE IN BIKE AT $5500. PAID A FURTHER $940 EST FOR AN RXK OTR.COE (FEB 2011)

SUPPOSE TO TAKE BIKE TODAY 4/2/08 BUT AT ABT 10 PLUS AM SHOP CALLED AND SAID CAN ONLY TAKE IN BIRDIE AT $4000 !!!! I MUST TOP UP $1500!!!!!!

WHAT THE HELLL??????

WENT TO SHOP AT 5 PLUS.... THE *+/-987 !!! FINANCE BI/*CH... SAID I TRIED TO CHEAT THEM?!!!

I APPROACHED THE WRONG PERSON TO SETTLE MY BIKE....

MY INVOICE NO DEAL AS NO TRADE IN PRICE WAS STATED.... AND SAID THAT I WAS NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER AND NVR PAY PROPERLY....

BEAR IN MIND.... I'VE BEEN WITH THAT SHOP FOR 8YRS.... PREVIOUS SALESMAN CAN DEFINITELY VOUCH FOR THAT....!!!

 

 

CAN YOU BELIVE IT!!!! ALL TRANSFER FORM SIGNED AND I SUPPOSE T TAKE MY MISERABLE RXK TODAY BUT INSTAED AFTER MUCH ARGUING... I DECIDED TO KEEP THE POOR BIKE....

Make a wild guess since TS do nt wish to disclose shop name..

 

If it's the one i had in mind, i dont have a nice dealing with them too..

wah bro....actually my objective is to inform fellow bikers of how the shop can easily change their word as TRADE IN price was not written in the invoice....i trusted and made payment..

$18++ was needed for me to take back my bike

$1500 est was paid to shop to clear bike and take and rxk...

 

think bout this.... if i had known that bike would have been taken in lesser than $5500 y in the world would i NOt pay $300 more to take back my repo bike....?:thumb:
