you need to have a lug connecter for the negative end to connect to Ground (GND)..

Here's a picture of it.

GND can be any part of the unpainted chasis, triple clamps or subframe.. normally can tap any of the screws..

then the positive to tap on to ignition or brakelight wire for power.. the switch comes in between the LED and the positive wire..

if you want your bike to have LED on when you switch it off, you can route the positive to your battery..

but if you dun want the LED to be "alive" when ignition is off, you can tap to the ignition.. meaning you need to on ignition before the switch will work..

here's a simple way to connect your switch..

just to add. black insulation tape is a no-no. they tend to lose their adhesive qualities over time. go down to sim lower and look for heat shrink sleeves. :goodluck: and DIY is fun!

rien d'autre que le max.

The LED would burn out soon enuff. Althou the bike battery is rated at 12v. Its actually about 12.8v fully charged. Plus when running. It would likely jump to 13.4-14v. Tapping to the headlight is pretty much ok. May wanna consider adding resistors before the LEDs.

I tried to put at the fuse box but it doesnt work. There are many slot in the fuse box. Is it the no. 15 slot? Blue colour with 2 pin?

So i just connect up the live and neutral wire?

I saw my LED stripe wire too at the no.15 slot in the fuse box. But only one wire at the pin slot. I check that another wire was connected to the bolt n nut somewhere in my bike. To show that's earth/ground wire. But why its only one wire that connect at the fuse box? Where is the neutral wire?

Please help what to do for the wiring circuit. Esp at the fuse box. Which one to connect? thnx!! sorry for so many doubt abt the wiring.:slapforehead:

as i read the comment above, the connection for the neutral wire is like a ground/earth wire? The neutral wire is not connected in the fuse box? Only the live wire?

so i just connect it up the live wire at the fuse slot together with the LED stipe wire? and neutral wire i connect it up at any bolt as ground wire?

if your wiring follow exactly to the setup for yr LED strip, means the pole lights will work also right?

one wire goes and wrap around one of the fuse legs for the tail, meter fuse. then lead to your switch's negative. then switch's positive go to positive of your led. negative of led goes to battery's negative or any grounding portion on your bike.
