mine is both wrist, ligament injury. takes long time to heal. if yours is the same, dun let the chinese sinseh do hard rubbing on your injured area. it'll only worsen it.

DIY ping ponging is a no no. Will aggravate injury or cause new injuries if too excited.

Some advices:

1. Wear a wrist brace to relief the stress from the wrist.

2. Squeeze rubber balls for exercise.

Try use those with plastic support, keeping the wrist straight.

Won't feel strain even if you place the plastic on the throttle rocker.

i ever used a removable thermoplastic cast when i dislocated my thumb and wrist some years ago. that thingy is is lightweight and can be shaped to fit your hand/wrist firmly. the material is hard when cold and becomes soft like plaster when we dip it into "hot" water (not scotching hot or it will melt). once contoured to desired shaped/size, just have to let it cool and it'll become a hard plastic support. can check with your GP or hospital pharmacy if they sells.
