Loaning to buy bike

I want to ask a few questions. How do i go about loaning from shop or bank to buy a bike? let say a S4 new one. and which of the 2 is cheaper in terms of interest? or if i wanna buy a 2nd hand bike. how can i get a loan if its less than 10k for the 2nd hand bike?

When i wanna buy a super four, i had a super hard time trying to source for loans. Most bike shops reloan only to bike

i go to the same bike shop for the past 10years... repairs, buy new bike and tcss etc...
