2B Bike Reloan

Hi All

 

I'm new to the bike scene, am 26 this year and will be getting my 2B license soon.

 

I'm looking for a second hand Piaggio X9 or TA200, and from what I've gathered reading the threads, buying from a fellow rider seems to be the much economic choice.

 

Really appreciate if you can advise where can I get a reloan from, how much cash will I need to have on hand to buy a second hand X9 with 3 - 4 years left for say SGD 2200, preferbly under instalments of 24 months?

 

I was quoted 3 party insurance of 450++(though I dont really understand how it works), will it be paid together with the instalment or when I collect the bike?
