hi guys,

i got into an accident a few months ago ,

because of that , my SP de tail (pillion seat) went slanted about 10 degrees to the right ..

it's quite obvious if you stand behind my bike and look at the tail

i think the body and fairing both affected, not just the fairing

if want to repair , how much huh?

got what shop do these kind of repair de ?

ps:

SP de lock system (bike, fuel tank and back seat) how much .. ?

Hi bro, 10 degrees is a hell lot of bent angle!

My old super 4 was damaged in a collision thanks to some moron, but lets not go there.

The chasis was damaged and bent at an angle. Sent to shop to press/whack/bend/caress it back, but then no matter how you bend the chasis, it is steel and wont be able to get back the previous geometry.

Anyway, rode that bike for a further 1-2 years before I scrapped it. Gave me no problems, but I rode it with care.

A word of advice is to be frank about it and if it is really crap and beyond hope/ safety, better let it go.

Middle finger to those who suggest bending it back and selling to the next unsuspecting newbie.

Chassis deformed... I agree with construction. No matter how you do it, the bike is already out of shape.

Alignment still OK? if alignment is out then it is best you scrape it. Even if you manage to find a shop to bend it back. Your inspection will fail and still you have to scrape it. Waste $!

I know it is a pain to let the bike go... but don't gamble your life on it. A Honda SP 2nd hand only a 2K+ think it is much better you get another one.

woah 10 degrees...

i think better scrap it ba... bend back also won't be totally straight and might compromise the strength of the frame

boring rider. with a boring bike.

too old to want to appear interesting anymore.

where did you go to do the press/whack/bend/caress-ing ?

planet motorcycle got do this kind of repair ?

They sent to elsewhere for the pressing. Which shop, I didnt ask though.

The bent angle improved, but it is still a wrecked chasis.

The feeling of riding a bike with wrecked chasis does nothing for confidence.

Crashed bikes are common sight at workshops, but I just wonder how many of those changed hands thereafter to an unsuspecting rider.
