My understanding is no. But u will be left with no points and can not afford to lose another point.

You will be left with no more points for deduction, when i got my 2A license i received 2 x 6 points demerit points... and after that wherever I went, I always ride within the speed limit. You just need to be more observant for the speed limit sign.
