i got mine fitted at tai hin coz too lazy to diy... horns fitted inside head cowl next to stock horn (disable but left there) but gotta remove the windshield and top cover to reveal hole for access, no need to remove whole fairing. was happy with the workmanship

 

 

My Horn also fixed within the head section.

I have a fren who fixed underneath. Sounds better.. .cos its able to project downwards rather then within the cowling where most of the sound are blocked... hahahha inthe end scarying yourself.. hahaha:angel:

Yep. Gotten the part from FJT but apparently the part no. is not the same as per what you've stated. Its 35013-MEF-020. It has a Hazard Light switch.

 

Another assistance request from bros who'r riding the JDM models. Any kind soul has the wiring diagram to share? Need to compare n replace the right switch with the Hazard light mod to the Euro model.

Managed to get one of the few last pieces of Dunlop D305 from Japan.

THey shifted their production to Thailand already. So peepz...... be prepared....

Anyway those still can tahan try to call up JR end of this month to get. Try asking ya shop to pre-order for u..... JR say they bringing in only 40 pairs. which i think i shuold visit them maybe 3 - 6 months time.. HAHAHAH

one of the bros here bought the switch off the shelf at sim lim tower then went to tai hin for fitting... you'll know who did it if you read back the pages , can PM him too

 

Errr... read back a few pages but still can't figure out who's the one bro. Anyway, I've gotten the JDM right swtich so will probably be going for tat mod instead. Thks!

Thks for the input! I'm thinking of fixing inside the cowl too but gonna DIY. Not gonna disable the stock horn but will be tapping on to it instead like my other bike.

Errrr.... Not exactly cos from wat I observed from the S4's switch, the holes for both L-joints of the throttle cables on the housing is facing outwards whereas for SW, both r facing downwards. If using the S4 switch, the joints n cables might cause an obstruction to the fitting of the cables into the handle covers.

disable the stock ones and use a relay with fuse is better!

 

and pls face downards, just in case ur horns collect water..

was riding on PIE and happen to see the manager and he told me that he has one silverwing. for sale only.

i believe 1 year old SW400 should be around the range of 8k.(correct if i'm wrong) from my understanding the price is range around 8k.

he quote me $8.5k machine price...not willing to neg cos he said he done up the bike internally which i tink is true cos bike sounds smooth...but i might be wrong...keke
