for bikes below 250cc the participation fee will be RM30, get a t-shirt + free food.

 

for pillions if u wanna participate, the fee is also RM30 n u will get t-shirt + food

 

only bikers above 250cc have the extra of paying RM10 for a full package, which includes t-shirt, pouch, food etc..."

true, my german friends asked me before howcome i am riding a "rice-cooker"... and the GS is damn nice... just figured for me the vara is more value for money and i like the "brutal" look.

- Cordura / lycra /Gore Tex material?

- Waterproof inner lining?

- 3M Scotchlite reflective materials?

- Urethane / armour removable?

- Armour which part? Shoulders / chest / back / elbows / all?

- Matching bottom / Pants? Would you buy a set or just the top?

- Country of origin? Japanese / UK / US...

If u get a full Gore Tex suit, u will not need any waterproof inner lining. Those with waterproof inner lining is becos the jacket is not waterproof so they required these lining but very sticky if sweat.

 

Most jackets will have some reflective materials depends on design.

 

Most of the Armour is removable n it is gd to have elbows, shoulder, knee which is the more critical. A back protector will be even better.

 

Depend on ur budet. If can buy a matching set will be better nicer n can join up to become one piece so will not have flapping effect.

 

Depend on brand also some made in Italy some made in US so it defers.

 

I m using Revit which can be bought at BikeTech21 Dunlop St. Price 4 yrs ago for top n bottom is around $700. Full Gore Tex material with removable thermal linings. Very Hot n Heavy but I like it. Feel very safe with the suit on me.

It really depends on ur budget n wat kind of materials u required. There is a few shop around selling touring suits. Motoworld, M-Technik, JR etc. If not surf net n order online but problems is that u cannot try it out.
