Guys,

 

Fixed up my suspension and forks tonight, will change to k&n airfilter and get the rest of the stuff ready tomorrow night - I am ON for the ride this w'end.

 

Sorry couldn't make it down tonight - make room for me in one of the rooms ok!

 

Smicer, let me know if you manage to get the kidneybelt for me in time, or can let me know the address and I try to go down tomorrow night (do they close early?).

Our 1st VARADERO V1K product is COMPLETED!

 

Pictures were taken during a trial fit session on my vara earlier.

Andy is now the proud owner of this 1 & only proto-type.

Hopefully, he'll come to the ADAM meet next week....

The design is more less like new TOURATECH R1200GS. Actually, it is more of a personal preferrence lah. I like this look, tats why I design this way hahaha... slick look.... However, technical drawing and dimensions are with me. I will make alteration according the majority opinion.

 

wrap engine type also CAN...but no one wants to pay the price ley. The amount of work for building a more complex design is expensive (If I tell you S$400, all run away liao...hahaha...Anyway, ppl willing to pay $250 for a much smaller size TOURATECH skid plate to protect only the main stand...Alamak...) so we need a balance between price & design. .... bro, not that simple, during technical design, have to take into account the limitation CNC machine capability, Material cost, machining method, man hours & effort required by builder ...in order to keep price down....Don't you agree thats alot for only S$150 ?

 

AT guard I cannot make lah..that one need machine pressing....$$$$ big money!

 

We will all decide on the changes at next club meet. ...OK?..STEADY blow pee pee...

haiz if got CNC machine i oso know how to make ah i machining background 1 leh i can do fogging and casting but no machine ..!!!!arghh... damn

Yaloo Pengiran Riddick....Mah Motorparts got bring in Tourance...they got plenty stock as i've heard from our 60km/h.Well if u wan cheaper better bring him cos he got rear for $185 w/o bargaining while mine wit bargaining like hell I got $200 w/ installation and all include installation but do take note they dun do tyre balancing for u.

 

 

Rest>Ppl who bring camera(digital ones la),I bring VDO Cam cum 1.3megapix cam and Foot pump...AnyOne got a good camera for night phototaking...ops I mean for ECA session @ room dark so need a good camera to capture e moment.

Humm, saw on the net they onli open 8 am - 4.30 pm. See if i can go over to the cck one tom morning? How much are the charging for the fox one, didn't see it when i was at the shop the other day...

1. I see that ur main stand is of different make. Some of us are using SW Motech stands, and comfirm don't have the Vee shape allowance for the tail of the plate to pass throught.

 

2. anyway to keep the fuel pumps , fuel lines , fuel filter out of sight?

Piece of cheese cake for cheapo mutherfarkers to steal our fuel...
