if u wanna lay up bike, simple.. juz go n inform LTA.. bring all ur bike documents but not the bike.. coz once u tell em u wanna lay up, u cant ride it liao... if u stayin private property, shld be fine but if ure stayin in hdb, have to go HDB 1st and get approval for lay up at ur car park.. den bring the approval letter to LTA... coz when i wanted to lay up at my hdb open space car park, they asked me to get HDB approval..

either ur 2t and white smoke emission alot need to adjust or u racer whack ur bike too much le lor or u travel alot?

Welcome to the club.. haha i oso got bike but no license... i know itz damn tempting but dunt touch it till TP k.. not worth getting caught.. will have to go court n stuff... pay fines... banned from taking license for few years... think bout all that 1st k...

dunno leh.. they say muz ask hdb approval 1st b4 i lay up at my car park here... maybe they dunt trust my face so they wanna know exactly where i laying the bike up.. so if i ride w/o license, they will know where to find me... erm.. fine! sounds like stupid theory.. lol.. i oso dunno y they ask me to get approval frm hdb.. knn...

when u work in the civil sector, you will kn0w there's lots of approval and pendings....
