Frequent backfire on Vtec 3

Im riding a vtec 3.

Recently just change air filter as the bike has the choke feeling when im riding.

 

Change and the bike runs well but at low rpm usually 2000-4000rpm the bike seems to have the choke on de exhaust but when i rev it more than 5000rpm the xhaust is fine.

 

Anyone encounted this before? Is it the valve or the air intake setting?

 

If valve problem, how do you rectify?
