You won't go wrong with either a Yamaha or Honda cub. They're built to withstand the day to day trashing on 3rd world roads so should hold up just fine in Singapore.

Any reason you're choosing Winner X 150 over something like a Yamaha Sniper?

What are you using the bike for? If it's for food delivery then maybe the low price and good fuel economy will be helpful. Otherwise for day to day travel you can consider an automatic scooter like the NMAX for more convenience?

@AJ79 If you have the budget go for it over the Sniper or other cubs. The Winner X has a larger fuel tank, slightly more power, and creature comforts (digital dash). Depends on what you are using it for the you won't go wrong with either the Winner X, Sniper, Jupiter, or similar.

ADV150 slightly different price bracket bro haha.

But for ease of use, if @AJ79 has a slightly bigger budget, i'd recommend the ADV150/Aerox/NMax too.
