lx have the highest paper FC of 37km/l. But owners will testify is around 33+- at best.

 

my personal exp for gt200 is avg 25km/litre on street+highway and highest of 31km/litre on north-south 2nd link

my LX i calculated only 27km/litre dunno is there anyway to get it up? tyre air pressure or something?

hi guys!! pls advise!! i recently met into a minor accident... now my bike is in the spray shop to repair the scratches n dents....

 

the "VESPA" and "LX150" stickers were removed for the spraying and i now need to find new stickers as the old ones cannot be reused....

 

can advise me where i can get the exact same VESPA stickers???

Question is where's the best place in town to do it?

 

Good price, no hidden charges, good service etc.

 

Have been to AS Phoon for their popularity, nothing negative to say about them, wondering if there's any other alternatives to shop around for a Vespa.

 

NB: Will be eternally grateful if anyone can shed any light on whether or when the Super 300 is coming.

AS Phoon is the largest Vespa dealer in town, and they consistently get thumbs up for great service.

 

Piaggio Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (19 Genting Road, Ph: 6547 4266) is the sole Singapore distributor for Piaggio brands (except Aprilia, which belongs to Mah's). They can give you a list of Vespa dealers in town.

 

One note about the 250 - I'm told the resale value is terrible. Singaporeans with a license that lets them get above 200cc's don't want a 250 -they want a 400, which is the next break-point in the license system here. The same would apply to the 300, so don't expect to see them all over town if and when they arrive. That said - as far as I can tell, the parts are interchangeable, and you'll have the fastest Vespa on the road!

I'm want to get a 4 stroke Vespa period, my only options are the LX or GTS/GTV.

 

Dont see depreciation as an issue as I've no intent to sell it off even if I'm gonna drive one day.

 

Anyone got any other recoomendations to purchase a Vespa other than ASP?

hi, i am worried abt my vespa. when i am going to change gear from 1st to 2nd, or from 2nd to the 3rd gear, some time it auto change to free gear. or in high way, when i am in 3rd or 4th gear, it will suddenly change to no gear. then the bike will get back the gear and jump a bit. is it normal.

 

also, why do the bike idling will automatic go higher. i have to lower it myself.

 

after rain, the horn and signal light is not working.

 

my indication light at the meter is not working. the signal indication is not working, my high bear indication is always on. the petrol light always flicker

 

i am looking to repaeir the vespa at a reasonable price. not too expensive. cause student on budget. any comment. on their workmanship and price. cheap cheap and good. haha

sounds like a real bad case of gears slipping..... maybe need to get a... eh, new gearwheels. that cost around 100 bucks and you need to get a reliable mech to change it for u since its quite major op, need to dismantle the engine.

 

Not comments for hendra or thomson road cuz nvr been there.

 

Well, go ah joo if u dun mind spending time idling n chit chatting around. the mech can be very busy and might not attend to u immediately. so just grin n just wait la . haha

 

As for tong aik, prompt. prices can be high but hey! pretty assured quality so should not be much of a worry
