U may wish to consider re-routing yr iu to tge ignition instead. Otherwise de problem will nvr end.

Hi.

Any idea whether can jump start the scoot with a car battery? Will it work similar to car?

of course you can, as long as it's a 12V car batt, not a 24V truck one

Red Parking brake light is on left side dashboard (I guess none abs got it too) ... and on rear side of moto no difference between break lights from none or abs version.

So the answerer on your question is NO

Jan greets Froyo ;)

I saw this image , from the abs model , and i was wondering if mine (non abs) has the parking brake light too , but unfortunatelly it doesnt

Oh so... but it's pretty handy to have, because you can't forget... I use my parking brake often... Holland got many canals and even more bridges so if I wait onto a slope/hill in front of a bridge I use it

Strange that you don't got it ?

The parking switch it self is located inside the front cover beneath the parking lever.

Cheers Jan

The Flasher unit is of the audible kind. Maybe wrapping an insulating thick foam can reduce the clicker. See what the workshop mech says, maybe they have a solution.

Its irritating when i first use mine. A very good feature if you ask me. Many times i forgot to cancel my signal and was wondering what that clicking noise was. Now gotten more forgetful, it is a boon for me.
