I have never met Clifford before ( maybe I did but I totally cannot recall ) but Ken sang many praises for him and I did not really take note.

Only until lately when I need to find a recommended installer for the alarm that I MO that I realised that Clifford is top class. For a start, he is very, very patient... he try to troubleshoot all problems and test them thoroughly.

During the alarm installation for the first few bikes, Cliffiord, Ken and the China Installer (on the phone) was trying very hard to solve the remote immobilisation problem. When the whole thing ended, clifford actually requested for a borrowed set of alarm from Ken to do his own study and testing... I am very impressed with his committment to perfect his skills.

Now, K&T is the recommended installation shop for the alarm that I MO... and the warranty is only valid if the alarm is installed by him ( though I still cannot recall whether I met him before)

:thumb: Up for the great service.... :thumb:

this shop is forever crowded unless rain. i was recommended this shop by another rvf rider who doesnt go there anymore due to "known" reasons. i often head to track, and each time i go down, with clifford's adjustments done to the bike, there is alot of improvments on my bike response and timing.

i have people telling me his pricing abit higher. but think again, why go to another place, spend abit, and later become spoil again.

but normally i call or meet him in person and make an appointment before going down. mech's should never be rushed in their work. u dun turn up at 5pm and say u want to do valve clearance there and then.

my bike is done by clifford. when he changes anything, he gives u a detailed theory upon request. i would have to say his knowledge and experience on bikes is very good. strongly recommended.
