Thanks.So I call and ask for Clifford rite?..Niwaes I just got it fixed (at the shop where I got my bike)..Lets see if it jams again these next few days..Hopefully not (fingers crossed)..Wasn't charge a cent but have to pay for the rear light..The mech say the bulb blow or somethin..I always thought bikes use LED and not bulb? Or am I too far in the future?

yeah, you can call Clifford and ask....

but since you have done it at your bike shop then no prob....

 

There are more and more bike lights using LED but for some they are still using bulbs...too far in the future? nah....just in between...

K & T can resray exhaust header right???.. May I know hows the quality of their work and how long must I leave my bike at the shop for then to complete the job??? Thanks!!!

Of course K&T can re-spray your header....

workmanship wise....you can trust Clifford with his work.... no worries! :thumb:

duration....it depends on whether he is busy....

why not give him a call then he can answer all your queries...

 

if not, just DIY loh....

I've just called them.. Will take about 3-4 hrs to do for normal days.. but.. now weather not good. So probably next week I'll go there. I heard that his workmanship is good but does anyone know if the paint that he uses can last for long???

He should be able to. Check with him first, especially if you have problems with the electronics or the shaft drive.

Clifford did a very good job on my previous VFR800 when I sent it in for servicing :) I'm very satisified with his service. Very professional :). During my last visit, he took a lot of effort to help me trace the source of my electrical problem(He even took a video clip of it and show me where the burnt cables were before he changed it). If you do need some kind of advise, he would be a good guy to consult. Thumbs up for his service :)

I think it is better if you check the price for servicing and tuning of carbs from clifford...just give him a call.....

K&T does grounding for bikes...i think it is about $50 (gounding kit + installation)

i did my S4 carb servce and tunning for $80... grounding at $50... (as many pt as he can go with the grounding kit)

 

the price i mention above is base on my bike so i think u better call up or make a trip down to find out for urself.
