MT-01 sold\down! my MT was sold to a friend of mine and transferred on eve of new year's eve,and unfortunately met with an accident just within 5 hours of ownership was on the way back from dam at 3.30am when it happened along thomson road,bike might be a total lost. that's 1 MT down!

nope,i e-mailed devil and they said that they build this header just for cosmetic purposes,of course it will have better flow, but don't expect too much from it. the reason behind why they build that header is because they are targetting the people that damaged their stock headers and are looking for a cheaper alternative than buying the stock ones from yamaha. here's the e-mail he sent to me Hi, Thank you for your email and your interest in DEVIL. We deliver with this part only a carbon protection. This manyfold doesn't remove the ex-up valve and the cat converters. With this manyfold you will increase the flow of gazes, have a better design than the stock model, and have a gain of weight. We will not make other parts for this bike. We have decided to create the manyfold because in case of a crash you broke the stock manyfold and the stock manyfold is very expensive. Regards. Michaël

or why not you just go to seng kwang and make a small linkage pipe to replace the ex-up area and then you remove the converters too? i'm sure it will be much louder and bassier even without after market slip -ons,do the slip-ons after that and you practically have a "full system" i'll be interested in making a link pipe to remove all blockages,but that is when i get my yoshi's,if i'm even getting it,than i'll go in for all the work at one time. i might be getting the devil headers too,looks real nice,anyone here interested? the headers are useless sound and performance wise,maybe minimal difference,but the header is mostly cosmetic,because the converters and ex-up will still be intact. maybe we can order together if interested,motoworld can do it for me as iam planning on getting the yoshi's from them.

nope the long hair guy's mt is long gone. i dont think you will ned a pc3,but i heard from other mt guys overseas that after installing a very open end can and removing the airbox,the bike seem to have problems,he bought a pc3 for the bike,all problems solved. why not you try without pc3 first than go for pc3 if there's a problem?

i was just about to post that link. MTS,you bought it from a malay guy right?he is a mutual friend only met twice at kkfc.which means there's only the 3 of us here! i tought maybe can ask him to join in but you already got his bike!haha.

$800 for the supertrapp,thats cheap but how does it sound?baffles removable?which model bike was the supertrapp for actually? so your number is now still 333?how long you got your bike for already?

yes,the one with lots of jacket the gpr counter is inside,i think its JR,cant remember.

mts,did you buy your bike new or 2nd hand?

for sound and if you want to keep your black casing why not get gpr?$1400 and it is lta compliant.$1200 for race illegal ones. anyone seen the honda evo 6? can see my future with one of those!would really compliment the mt-01! mt-01 for track evo 6 for cruising! hope they launches it!rumored 240bhp!and super acceleration. downside is it's automatic,but there's sequential shift mode too!quite cool!

with akra's you can still use back the black colour casing for exhaust,but at 3k + not worth if not i would have gotten one! i got my mt at 28k OTR.how many mt's do we have here? went for the recall and according to them only 12 of this machines in sg.

yep i got exactly the same problem,hard to crank when hot and sometimes fan doesnt turn on!must bring up the issue to yamaha!

nope so far,no problem with the fans,but i don't think the fan really helps to cool the bike at all.if you want to make your bike cooler,aftermarket exhaust will be suggested,those that removes the exhaust casing would be better.there's no denying that the mt is a very hot bike!or maybe an exhaust wrap will do.

probably that's the price to pay for being the first few!but other than that its a very good bike!just throw temper sometimes! now my ignition is having problems,can't crank!only will have one sound but no crank when trying to start!happen alot of times already! you sent your bike back for the recall yet? on a side note,how often does your exhaust fan turn on?
