What should the gap be set at? And is there a better plug than the NGK CR8EH-9 for the Super Four?

Can someone tell me what the spark plug gap should be set at?. I have a 1993 Honda CB 400 Super Four. NGK plugs CR8EH-9 Also what plugs do you use?: :help
