Any have the GSXR K8 600 Owners Manual not sure on the electornics setting on the bike ?

Just get 9 demerit points and fine 170 for inconsiderate driving. Need some help here. Just wan to know how many times can i appeal cause the first appeal was rejected somemore just pass my class2 . THe incident happen at mandai road as i was about to filter to bke and a tp was standing there as i just filter in from second to first lane before the double white line. but got fine letter 2 weeks later...... Please advise..... Thanks
