Is this from SPC? haha.. my shell only last me 25km/l... Anyway after the 2nd service... came back found out that my exhaust pipe there the black main portion got a portion chip off, paint peel off.... Only bought 2 months... is it normal cos its so hot the paint will chip off? Mine is a piece of the black paint came off.. rear light also got a bulb fused... Only 2 months so many probs...

Just to check with fellow gts200 riders.. Ijust did my 2nd servicing at XXX. Asked if can change to fully synthetic they say not advisable cos scooters not suitable.. Will eat the EO too fast if use FS EO. Is it true? So use FS better or semi? Also anyone tried and tested which petrol gives the best petrol savings? Shell, Esso, Caltex or SPC? I've been using shell 98 for 2 months thinking should try ESSO 8000 see if FC gets better..

To all my GTS200 bros... Where do you usually service your bike? I still got 2 free servicing at Mah but i thinking of changing... They like not very pro for sym bikes..... Also, what can i change to lower my rpm and better FC? My rpm is idling at 7krpm when travelling at around 80km/hr... Like very high thats why eating my petrol.... Normal right...

Bought a GDR Carbon look FF flip up helmet yesterday on 8/9/07 from HKL... Never used before... Selling cos bought on impulse cos very nice.. But the biggest XL has prob fitting my big head... I got my bike on the 8 Aug.. Yup its my first bike... Passed my TP on the 6 Aug... Haha... SPC 4T Super is a fully syn or semi? Its rating is 20w40. Now my rpm like going back to before le... Waiting for the tank to finish to see if FC improves...

Just did my 1k servicing today at mah at 760km... theirs is servicing at 1k, 2k and 3k. only change EO and gear fluid. They use SPC 4T Super for my EO. Is it good? Is it a fully syn or semi or mineral oil? never really check my bike... 20 mins done already... only change EO and gear fluid... Thought they will inspect the bike... After changing EO the rpm seems to be a bit lower...

How much you bought yours for? I bought for $7k excluding some rebates. (So less than $7k) Think pick up rpm about the same as yours but while cruising at 60-80km, my rpm will never drop below 6krpm.. Its always between 6-7krpm... Same as yours? Now i running in at 600+km already.... havent gone for my servicing cos they say 1000km then service.. Maybe i'll go service today then maybe 1500km service again then 3000km last one... Cos by right manual say 300km, 1000km and 3000km... Anything can call me to chat about our scooter... Pm me your contact if u want to talk about it.. haha...

Wa you changed EO at 500km? Anyway wats EO ah? Engine oil? I bought at mah and they only ask me to come service at 1000km... You bought at where? Rpm so high one ah? Maybe thats why our FC so bad...

Haha.. me too running in.. now at 500+km... Running in is till 1000km right? My rpm is around 6-7krpm too.. Looks like its normal.. Some more i'm like 95kg and the engine sounds loud when i ram higher rpm like going up slopes... Thought wa not normal.. So its normal la at 6-7krpm... I just pumped my third petrol... monitoring if FC will be better. My first 25km/hr was at 60km/hr. Now i going at 70-80km/hr now... See if FC gets better...

Hi all just to check... wats ur rpm idling at when travel between 60-70 km/hr? Mine is around 6-8. Is it normal? my FC only 25km/litre and i'm only running in so travelling at 60-70km/hr... Oh anyway i'm riding a GTS200...

Just to check is my gts200 tank 8.5 litres or 12 litres? Cos my manual say 8.5 but the others say is 12.5 litres.. Is my manual printed wrongly? Or 2005 model is 8.5 litres, new model is 12 litres? Cos i bought from mah they gave me a old 2005 model... Please tell me mine is 12 litres... Or else i will be piss and go command a new model from them... Is it possible? Only collected less than a week...

Just to ask regarding season parking... Are there 2 ways to get season parking? First is to go down to HDB then apply and they will issue u the season parking coupon and the disc? But will be ugly to put on the bike right? If i'm not wrong is there a 2nd way? Apply online and everything settle? Will they mail u or issue u the coupon and disc to put on the bike or no need to put... Then how the carpark attendent know u got buy? all computerise liao? Road tax le? also no need to put?

Just to ask a very stupid qn.... how to pump petrol ah? Just got my gts... just now went to pump, put main stand or side stand to pump? I put on main stand... it was emtpy tank then i put in fully then pump right, i press the thing fully.. a while then "tack" full already. then was puzzled... so i had to half press the trigger to pump then after a while "tack" again. So i had to do it again and again... Dunno when is full.. After a while i fed up then paid.. It was full tank but after riding a while drop one bar liao... So wats the right way to pump ah?
