Hi Folks, I am thinking of buyign a 2nd Hand Bike scooter from ad here. However, can advise what are the things in a bike to check for? Also how do I know if the bike has been fully paid for? For transfer procedures, where to find? I know perhaps maybe got answers else where le. I will try to search the forum, and would appreciate if some lao jiao can give some pointers or direct link.
