hi..to all gixxer bros..like to share what i've encounter & need some help too..skidded my bike on the right side while negotiating a bend on the way to work this morning.. result aftermath.. 1.swingarm slider/spool - broke the screw bracket(where slider/spool were fix to) from the swingarm.. 2.frame slider - frame slider main bolt broke into 2 pieces(1 half in the slider/1 half still at the bike main body frame) guys..need ur opinion on these issues..after what i've seen..i wonder wether the sliders which suppose to function as a protection to some parts of the bike..really does the work or in any case..can done more damage to the bike..?? bike to restore parts..(only right side) 1.main side fairing 2.tail side fairing 3.engine casing 4.pillion rearset 5.rider rearset 6.brake lever guys..any infos that i able to get all the mention parts above..(prefer used parts) pls pm me..thanks..

ma fren had his k6 600 rectifier faulty not even a year and he doesnt whack his bike to redline even nor maintain top speed. "fizul btw" but elson ever told me suzuki has one of the most lasting magneto coil if u take care of the rectifier and batt. evening..gixxer bros.. thank you...very much..for sharing your infos regarding about the problem that i had encounter..so far...bike is ok till now..

thanks bros for all the info given..latest update..just taken my bike back from workshop..mechanic informed that my magneto coil was ok..I doesnt have a chance to look when they open it to check coz i have not arrive yet..but they changed the rectifier..mechanic claim that rectifier taken from hayabusa when i notice that the rectifier wasnt the same as the original..is it compatible??

is it normal when whacking top end will coz tat?? maybe from previous owner i think..i never hit the redline yet for this bike..own it less than a month..still trying to understand more about the bike characteristic.. gixxer bros..any idea how much is the cost for the magneto coil and the rectifier??

mine is G6K7 if base on the color.. whats is the damage cost for the magneto coil and rectifier..?? any idea??
