Ok ok thanks. I realised why.. The gears are from top to bottom (movement of gear)... While normal bikes shift from bottom to top.. If u understand wat I mean.. Lol.. Thanks anyway

Can i know why i cannot engage neutral gear on the scooter? it is my dad's manual piaggio not sure of the model. i shifted the gear up and down but cannot find the neutral gear. Can anyone help? Thanx in advance.

Wow, i've finally read till the last page and finally am able to post up to date. I've been reading since the beginning of this week. Really appreciate the contributions of all those in this thread especially Spectrum and endless, and some others like DenDen, pplater. Although i've yet to pass my TP, which is on 14th may, i've learnt a great deal from reading all the tips and experiences of everyone here. Kudos to all and may all of us ride safe.
