    Seriously? USD5000 for a guide to bring u in and around China.. What if I ship my bike to China? Will i still need to get a guide? I'm riding KTM 990 Adventure currently.. I believe posture and comfort is very important if u wanna go for long distance.

    Hi mate, Thanks for the information..I'm planning to ride to Shangri-la with my own bike. I read about getting a guide who can bring me into China. Do I really need a guide in order to get in China? Hope I can get more info from those riders who have experience riding into China.
