Hi Fellow Bikers! I am back again this week with another set of Pirelli Supercorsa SC2 V2's. The tires speak for themselves, and those of you whom are looking at this more or less have a good idea of how well this set works. Just a quick review, these tires GRIP. There isn't much out there that can equal the amount of grip these tires give. I personally like these tires a lot and find it difficult to switch to others after starting with these a couple of months back. It gives very good front end feel, giving you more confidence to lean to little bit more. Slides are predictable and never sudden (abeit that we exercise proper throttle control). This is definitely something to look for if you only want the best in performance. As with previous times, these tire have seen 1 x 1hour sessions at johor circuit and a round trip to Ipoh. Wear would be as you expect when you view most track tires. Tires are still in good condition for the road, but as mentioned in my previous post, I just am into the habit of changing after every 4 sessions. Apart from track mileage and getting through and fro the track, tires have hardly seen other roads. Price will go at $120 for the set. Dear All, If you're looking at this post means that you likely know this tire. Nonetheless, a brief description, this is one of the best road tires made by Pirelli. Engineered to great performance which can be taken for occassional track riding and cutting through b-roads in Malaysia. At the same time, it is also made to have a longer lifespan as compared to the Supercorsa SC2s. It was made to give riders the best of both worlds. If you're largely a road riding person who wants to do a track session in the remaining parts of this year, this is definitely the tire for you. I have used it for a total of 1000km on a mixture of roads. And I have to say the tire is sublime. It is still in superb condition and is close to new, and the reason I'm taking it off is because I want track focus tires for the track. So as the saying goes my loss is your gain. I am asking for $170. A brand new set sets you back about $500 at least. This set of tires will easily do more than 8000km or more, depending on riding styles, which is easily a year's worth or more of riding. Dear All, Here to do a quick and simple deal for my size 54 Spidi Track Windpro Racesuit. This is the top of the line suit made by Spidi and is the same suit worn by their MotoGP riders! My personal take on this suit is that immediately, you feel how light the suit is. It is easily one of the most comfortable suit to have on and extremely easy to move about in. The suit is not in the best condition it can be in but is still very usable. Inner liner is removed and washed after every use, and leather is cleaned every once a month. Had a fall in it about a year ago and had it patched at the right shoulder before I continued to use it. Selling as I have 3 suits and no more space for storage. If not sold I'd still continue to use it as spare suit. Here are some pictures for your reference: I am 180cm tall and 85kg. I wear the suit with a back protector. Looking to part with it at $400. Dear All, Selling a set of Metzler Z8 tires. Did 6000km on them and the condition is still fantastic for many miles to go. Changing to review other tires. These are arguably the best overall tires. May the roads be wet, dry. Used for touring through B roads or light track riding, this tire does it all. As best thing is that despite the performance, the tires really last! Easily the best all-rounders you can find in my opinion close to Pirelli Rosso Corsa's. Dear All, As mentioned, I have 2 sets of Pirelli SC2 V2 tires to sell. Size is as mentioned in the title above. Both sets have been used for 4 sessions at the track, seeing about 1000km in mileage. So do expect to see some wear. Centre portion is hardly touched and most buyers feedback to me a lifespan of about 6 months or so. A little comments on the tires, this is new tire made by Pirelli in 2013, there is really nothing bad to say about the tires. I got immediate improvements in track time just because of the sheer grip and confidence it gives. The tires are communicative and never gives you sudden surprises. Even if there is a slide, you would know that it is coming and would be able to make the adjustment. Overall, my new tire of choice if money if not an issue or if price is competitive.
