Hi all, After submitting my receipt to the insurance company for insurance claim, how would I know if they had receive my receipt? How long will it takes for me to receive my payout? Thanks.

giv 1 last warning a sms or wat to him saying if he dun pay up the balance or wat you going to report to police. anyway u have wasted more den juz the $$$ for repair - u wasted lots of time. this type of ppl u go easy on them they think u good to eat.. actually i dun think juz getting back the $$$ cover all ur lost. if i were in this situation, in the 1st place i will do a house visit. talk to his parent direct and not let him drag. but u are kind so u giv chance hoping that he will keep his words but now it shows that he is like abit not sincere. go to the police let him jialat jialat.. if ask why u now den report juz say u wanna settle this privately loh but now he liddat leave u no choice.. they shld be will go check if he gt license or wat anot. he wanna save the other half of the cost let him pay for more for his deed. the other half u shld be able to earn back in time. lucky u not injured if not i dun think $$ can cover the suffer that u endure. make him pay for his deed if he does pay u back still go to the police. take care.. just my 2 cents

when u report to IDAC it also mean that u hv report to ur insurance coy or do u hv to make a separate report?

Oh.. my case is the lawyer that i engaged claim for my injury then i hv to do my own damage claim. But of course i have to pay the workshop 1st

to claim insurance, u muz pay for the repair fee 1st den wait for the insurance company to repay u back?

how about if one is doing separate claim like lawyer doing the injury claim whereby workshop doing damage claim. do we have to like pay for the workshop cost den file a claim and wait for the claim to be proceeded?
