Ventilation wise is ok, u wont feel stuffy when u are wearing. Waterproofing, i only can say it is water resistance according to the seller, never been it into rain before so can't comment on that too much. As its design to be a riding boots, it wont we as comfy as wearing normal shoes Wanna to give it a try to feel it yourself?
