i still have a few cans of that whitewall tire paint from iceland. it's quite good actually. the manufacturer originally used it for restoring vintage mercedes benz cars. it can be quite troublesome to order from the seller cos he doesn't accept paypal or credit cards. i had to go to dbs to mail a money order all the way to iceland. dbs also charged me for this service. about 10 or 20 bucks, if i recall correctly. pm me if interested to buy some of my paint.
